Total Return represents the total gain or loss since your first investment. It is the sum of your unrealised returns and realised returns. Payouts contribute to the Total Return.
Unrealised return refers to the returns from your current investment holdings. In other words, it is the Current Market Value of any holdings you own minus the original investment amount.
Realised return refers to the returns from investments you have sold. In other words, it is the value of the holdings you have sold minus the original value of those holdings.
Difference between Total Return and the Past 4-Week or Since Inception Return
The Total Return figure displayed within the MariBank app is based on a calculation of your actual investment amount(s) and transaction history. The return is calculated based on the fund's historical prices and may be presented using a different time frame from the actual dates of your buy and sell transactions.
1. For Mari Invest SavePlus: The Past 4-Week Return refers to the historical return of the Lion-MariBank SavePlus fund for the past 4 calendar weeks, presented on an annualised basis.
