What happens to my assets if MariBank closes?

MariBank is a distributor of the fund(s) which are managed by the respective fund manager(s). Your assets (i.e., the units in the fund(s) which you have purchased through us) will always be held separately from MariBank’s own assets, in a custodian account with licensed banks or financial institutions in Singapore. In the unlikely event that MariBank goes into liquidation, your assets will be safeguarded from MariBank’s creditors.

Investment products are not insured by Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation. The fund(s) are not deposits or other obligation of, or guaranteed by MariBank and are subject to investment risks, including possible loss of all or part of your investments. If you would like more details on how your investments are held, you can refer to the Terms and Conditions Governing Mari Invest Account (Section B Clause 16) here.
