What should I take note of if I wish to close my Mari Business Account?

Kindly note the following when closing this account:

1. Once closed, your Mari Business Account cannot be reinstated. It cannot be used for further transactions or banking services such as the downloading of e-Statements dated before the date of closure.

2. If your UEN is linked to Mari Business Account for PayNow services, it will be delinked when you close your account. You acknowledge that once delinked, your Mari Business Account will no longer be able to receive money via PayNow.

3. Ensure that any remaining balance in your account is transferred out before we close your account.

4. If you have added your Mari Business Account for Shopee Seller Wallet withdrawal, it will not be automatically removed when you close your account. You can manually delete it from your list of bank accounts for Shopee Seller Wallet withdrawal.

5. Ensure that all active eGIRO arrangements are deleted before we close your account.

Please ensure that you perform these actions before closing the account:

1. Download any previous e-Statements that you need beforehand from the MariBank App.

2. Transfer out any balances in your account to another bank account.
